SSASPB Annual Reports

The Care Act 2014 states that Safeguarding Adult Boards (SABs) must publish an annual report. This is the key mechanism by which Safeguarding Adult Boards are held to account for the work they have carried out.

The SSASPB annual report is shared with the chief executives and leaders of the Staffordshire County Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council Local Authorities, the Staffordshire Police and Crime Commissioner and both the Staffordshire and Stoke-on Trent Health and Wellbeing Boards (HWBs).
